Straight answers about moving in Dubai and UAE — no sales talk, no runaround. If you don't find your answer here, just call us.
Pricing & Quotes
How much do movers and packers in Dubai cost?
Prices vary based on property size, distance, and whether you need packing. Studio moves start from AED 299, 1-bedroom from AED 499, villa moves from AED 999. We always give a written quote after a free survey — no surprises on moving day.
Are there any hidden charges?
Never. The price in your written quote is the price on your invoice. We don't add fuel surcharges, staircase fees, or "extra time" charges on the day. If something changes, we tell you before we act, not after.
What does the quoted price include?
Transit insurance, furniture blanket-wrapping, loading and unloading at both ends, fuel, floor and doorframe protection, trained crew, and a final walkthrough. Packing materials are quoted separately unless included in your package.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in our contact form or call us. We'll ask about your property, your move date, and what you're taking. We then arrange a free survey (in-person or video) and send a written quote within 24 hours. No commitment needed.
Insurance & Safety
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Every move includes transit insurance as standard. For high-value or fragile items, we can arrange enhanced coverage. If anything is damaged — which is rare — we handle the claim directly, not you.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We document the condition of your belongings before we start. If damage occurs during the move, we file the insurance claim on your behalf and arrange repair or replacement. We've never left a customer out of pocket from a damage claim.
Are your crew checked and vetted?
Yes. Every crew member passes a background check and completes our in-house training before their first move. They wear uniforms and carry identification. You'll have the crew leader's direct number on the day.
Booking & Timing
How far in advance should I book?
5–7 days for local moves and 2–4 weeks for villas or office relocations. We also handle last-minute bookings with 24–48 hours notice. Call us and we'll check availability immediately.
Can you move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi on the same day?
Absolutely. The Dubai–Abu Dhabi route is one of our busiest. Most inter-emirate moves complete in a single day with an early start. We cover all UAE inter-emirate routes.
Do you work on weekends and public holidays?
Yes. We operate 7 days a week including public holidays. Weekend and night moves are particularly popular for office relocations. Standard and out-of-hours rates apply.
Packing & Items
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. Double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, wardrobe cartons, foam padding, and specialty crating. Materials can be included in your package or quoted separately. We can also deliver materials in advance if you prefer to pack yourself.
Can I leave clothes in drawers?
Yes. Clothes can stay in chest of drawers and wardrobes — we wrap the whole piece. Heavier items and breakables should be emptied for safety, but clothes and soft items are fine to stay.
Do you move plants, pianos, or safes?
Yes to pianos and safes — we have specialist equipment for heavy and awkward items. For plants, we can move them but cannot guarantee their condition after a long journey in a closed truck. We don't recommend international shipping for plants due to customs restrictions.
